As such they are considered custom orders and we do not accept returns or offer refunds on these items, unless they are faulty due to errors in manufacture. Any such electrical items must be returned to us for inspection. Should they be found to be faulty due to errors in manufacture we will only supply replacements, we will not refund the purchase price. Items found to have been damaged during installation or inspection or due to accident or mistreatment will not be replaced or refunded and return carriage would be chargeable. ***
