There’s never been a solid steel hammer like the Vaughan Steel Eagle. Forged entirely of high quality, American made, high carbon steel, it has all the toughness and durability you would expect in a solid steel hammer, yet there’s none of the irritating hand sting that can make a day’s work so tiring. The secret is a patented "Shock-Blok" plug, a shock absorbing insert of hickory and specially-formulated rubber which absorbs much of the shock of the hammer’s blows. The rest is reduced further by the unique, air cushioned grip.
