HIGH YIELD fire rated, one component expanding polyurethane foam filler.

Gives up to 25% more yield than standard Soudafoam FR fire resisting foam.

Rapid curing. Excellent thermal and acoustic insulation properties. Expands 35-40 times its initial volume.

Excellent primerless adhesion on most construction materials. Conforms to all international standards.

More than 25% linear yield than Soudafoam FR, Linear yield FEICA TM1002 - 750ml Gun Grade: 35m.

* Shake the aerosol can for at least 20 seconds. *
Fit the gun on the adapter.
Surface should be free from grease and dust.
Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application.
For non-conventional substrates a preliminary adhesion test is recommended.
Fill holes and cavities for 65 %, as the foam will expand. Repeat shaking regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer.

Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal Gun and Foam cleaner or acetone. Prior to using the Gun and Foam cleaner, test whether surfaces are affected or not. Especially plastics and lacquer or paint layers can be sensitive to this. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically or with Soudal PU-Remover.
